  My experience with Varsity Properties has been nothing but top notch. The buildings are great and renovated which is a nice change of pace, especially compared to the average student housing. I especially enjoy the fact that staff are really helpful and quick to respond, makes things much easier. Finally, the housekeeping service is just superb, not something that's common and has definitely made my life a lot easier as a student. I can simply focus on my studies without worrying about my living situation, which has been of tremendous value. Would definitely recommend Varsity to any current or future students.

  Im currently staying at varsity properties in Barrie, decent place, garbage contracts with all kinds of loopholes that only benifit varsity, specifically a $250 "sublet fee" which is a fee that is illegal to be charged. Parking is a terrible issue with no alternitive. And management sucks to deal with about any other problems other than maintenence.
