  Had them come to repair my dishwasher that was making a noise. They came, found the issue to be an obstruction. Fixed it, charged me $90 for 15 minutes of work and left without properly testing the repair. I tested the repair on my own by running the dishwasher to find that my dishwasher now leaks, an issue that was not occurring before the repair. I called them to be greeted by voicemail and I asked them to please come back and fix their mistake. I finally got a hold of them and spoke to the repairman that came in. I explained that my dishwasher was now leaking all over my floor. He started telling me that it sounds like I might need a part blah blah blah. I told him my dishwasher was not leaking previous to his "Repair" and he immediately shot back with "If you not happy with my work, how about I just rip up your check?". Saying it like a threat or something. I said fine, sounds good. and he hung up on me.
  
  All he needed to do was apologize and come back and try to fix his mistake but he acted like a child. Hopefully he does rip of the check but i'm thinking I'll have to bounce it just in case.
  
  This luck of proper customer service is deplorable and I wonder how many other people have been treated this way by this business.
